  • What is your refund policy?
    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll advise you via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • What about damages and issues ?
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hrs) if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Can i get an exchange ?
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and place an order for the item you want to get. Refund for original item will be processed in line with our refund policy.
  • Can i check my refund status?
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • How do I know where your drinks are stocked?
    Our stockists are listed on our website here, which is regularly updated.
  • Will you be making more products?
    We are only just getting started and are constantly testing new varieties for our friends. Keep an eye out for new products coming soon.
  • What is your Shipping & Returns Policy ?
    All orders are shipped through Australia Post. *Subject to AusPost regulations and conditions.
  • What is your shipping time?
    Our products are usually shipped the following day after the order. If any delays are expected, we will let you know. Keep in mind that Covid-19 may cause delays from Australia Post’s end.
  • What about Damaged Goods ?
    We go through great efforts to package and deliver your order safely. If your products arrive in a damaged condition, please do not open them. Instead, contact us immediately (within 24 hours) with pictures of the damaged goods, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
